Emotion Code

1) Trapped Emotions

These are described as “energetic residues” of intense emotional experiences (like grief, anger, fear) that weren’t fully processed. According to this method, they become stuck in the body and may cause pain, dysfunction, or emotional distress.

2) Muscle Testing (Applied Kinesiology)

Practitioners use muscle testing to communicate with the subconscious mind. The idea is that the body "knows" where emotional blockages are and will respond with muscle strength or weakness to indicate answers (yes/no questions).

3) Emotion Chart

A chart of 60 common emotions is used to identify which ones might be trapped in the body. Practitioners ask guided questions and use muscle testing to narrow down the source emotion.

4) Magnetic Energy Release

Once an emotion is identified, it is believed to be released by running a magnet (or even the hand) along the Governing Meridian (a line that runs over the head and spine), often combined with focused intention.
