Emotion Code
1) Trapped Emotions
These are described as “energetic residues” of intense emotional experiences (like grief, anger, fear) that weren’t fully processed. According to this method, they become stuck in the body and may cause pain, dysfunction, or emotional distress.2) 3Muscle Testing (Applied Kinesiology)
Practitioners use muscle testing to communicate with the subconscious mind. The idea is that the body "knows" where emotional blockages are and will respond with muscle strength or weakness to indicate answers (yes/no questions).3) Emotion Chart
A chart of 60 common emotions is used to identify which ones might be trapped in the body. Practitioners ask guided questions and use muscle testing to narrow down the source emotion.4) Magnetic Energy Release
Once an emotion is identified, it is believed to be released by running a magnet (or even the hand) along the Governing Meridian (a line that runs over the head and spine), often combined with focused intention. -
Body Code
The Body Code builds upon a related system called The Emotion Code, which focuses on releasing "trapped emotions" that are believed to cause mental and physical distress.
The Body Code expands this idea to cover six areas of imbalance:
1) Energies (e.g., trapped emotions, emotional trauma)
2) Circuits & Systems (e.g., nervous system or organ imbalances)
3) Toxins
4) Pathogens (e.g., bacterial or viral energy)
5) Structural (e.g., misalignments in bones or tissues)
6) Nutrition & Lifestyle (e.g., dietary deficiencies)

Belief Code
The core idea is that people form subconscious belief systems—often during childhood or through trauma—that can limit their potential or contribute to mental, emotional, and physical issues. These beliefs may be things like:
“I am not good enough.”
“I don’t deserve love.”
“Money is hard to come by.”
According to this system, these beliefs can be energetically imprinted in the body, and by identifying and releasing them, individuals can improve various aspects of their lives.

Sound Healing
Sound healing is the intentional use of sound to create a healing environment for the body, mind, and spirit. It operates on the principle that everything—including our bodies—is in a state of vibration, and that sound can influence this vibration in positive ways.
🎵 How It Works:
Sound healing aims to bring the body's vibrations back into harmony by using specific tones, frequencies, or rhythms. It may involve:
Instruments: Tuning forks, singing bowls (Tibetan or crystal), gongs, drums, chimes, didgeridoos, or even the human voice (e.g., chanting, humming).
Frequencies: Some modalities use specific frequencies (like 432 Hz or Solfeggio tones) believed to influence particular aspects of healing or consciousness.
Resonance and Entrainment: The body and brain may synchronize (entrain) to healing frequencies, helping shift brainwave states (e.g., from beta to alpha/theta for relaxation).
